Full Time

Program Manager

Customer relationships are what sets StudyPoint apart from the competition.  As a part of our Program Management Team, you will be responsible for fostering great relationships between students, families, and tutors, working with a number of team members along the way. 

Responsibilities
  • Drive quality programs through strong program and tutor management.
  • Provide superior customer service to StudyPoint students and families; working with an average of 180 families.
  • Manage 60-80 tutors; provide coaching and guidance assisting tutors working through challenging situations, and fostering strong relationships with customers.
  • Serve as liaison between StudyPoint tutors and families, troubleshooting and managing customer issues as they arise.
  • Foster successful relationships between StudyPoint tutors and students.
  • Provide high-level administrative organization for family accounts; conduct research, track data, handle information requests, prepare correspondence, arrange schedule consultations and schedule meetings. 
  • Track and communicate progress of students to families, sending reminders regarding lessons, deadlines, and test dates through our proprietary database.
  • Grow the business through selling programs to new and existing customers using a consultative sales approach.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with many types of people.
  • Ability to multi task and handle a high volume of calls and emails.
  • Careful attention to detail and ability to develop new processes to improve efficiency.

  • Bachelor's degree required.  Master's degree a plus.

Enrollment Director

StudyPoint provides a unique service to families across the country: one-on-one, individualized tutoring with access to a proven curriculum and a national network of support.  Members of our Enrollment Team help families determine which program and tutor is right for them, all while relaying the value of our services.  We are looking for highly motivated individuals excited to sell programs that meet families' needs while exceeding their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Grow the business by meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals, achieved by enrolling families in StudyPoint's academic and test preparation programs.
  • Field calls nationally from families looking to enroll students in our programs.
  • Employ a consultative phone sales approach to determine the individual needs of families and students.
  • Match tutors with students based on personality, interests, and skill level across 20 markets throughout the US.
  • Follow up with families who express interest in our programs using email, phone calls, and other methods of communication.
  • Achieve outbound call targets.
  • Collaborate with team members responsible for servicing programs and hiring tutors to maximize potential of enrolling more families.
Qualifications

  • Excitement around closing the deal and helping families get the best solution possible for their child.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and emails.

Associate Hiring Coordinator

Great tutors are the foundation of StudyPoint.  As a Recruiter, your focus will be finding great people who are ready to work with our students and families.  As a part of our Academics Team, you will be responsible for identifying great tutor candidates and guiding them through our application and training process, working with a number of team members along the way.
 
Responsibilities
  • Select and hire qualified candidates to tutor for StudyPoint.
  • Work with StudyPoint team members to identify tutor staffing needs in regions around the country.
  • Advertise position by posting to multiple channels, including online job boards like Craigslist and Indeed.
  • Identify and develop new channels to promote position in regions across the country.
  • Manage screening process, including reviewing applications, scheduling and conducting phone interviews, and coordinating second round interviews.
  • Train and oversee team of tutor interviewers responsible for evaluating candidates across the country.
  • Support and manage tutor hires through the training and on boarding process.
  • Track candidates across multiple platforms, including StudyPoint's internal database and applicant tracking system, Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs.
  • Communicate regularly with team regarding progress, questions, and concerns.
  • Contribute to and/or lead team projects.
 
Qualifications

  • Ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of calls, emails, and application materials.

Essential Job Functions
  • Manage the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our existing email marketing campaigns.

Chief Responsibilities:
  • Help maintain and streamline company's daily operations, resolving various issues from navigating technical quandaries to tracking down missing UPS shipments
  • Work with senior leadership to solve and streamline operational bottlenecks
  • Assist with data analysis to identify meaningful trends
